The Victorian Kindred of 1837+
Below are the playable Vampire: The Masquerade – Victorian clans for your 1837+ chronicle, each with a brief description suited to the era:

-
Brujah – Once remembered as philosopher-kings, warrior-scholars, and champions of fallen Carthage, the Brujah of the Victorian age have become rebels, radicals, firebrands, and political agitators. In 1837 London, they can be found among reformers, revolutionaries, soldiers, scholars, and the angry voices challenging the old order of Kindred and mortal society.

-
Gangrel – Feral, independent, and closer to the Beast than most Kindred, the Gangrel are wanderers who rarely feel comfortable within the confines of polite society. Some haunt the forests, roads, docks, and rural estates beyond London, while others have learned to stalk the growing city as an entirely new kind of wilderness.

-
Malkavian – Cursed with fractured perception and unsettling insight, the Malkavians of Victorian London are visionaries, prophets, eccentrics, physicians, spiritualists, nobles, and madmen. Their words may seem like nonsense until the terrible truth hidden within them becomes clear.

-
Nosferatu – Twisted into monstrous forms by the Embrace, the Nosferatu survive within the places respectable London prefers to forget. Sewers, crypts, abandoned tunnels, workhouses, graveyards, and the poorest districts provide them with a hidden kingdom. They are masters of secrets, spies, informants, and collectors of knowledge that even princes may fear.

-
Toreador – Devoted to beauty, passion, culture, and obsession, the Toreador thrive within the artistic and social awakening of the Victorian age. They gather among painters, musicians, poets, actors, aristocrats, architects, and fashionable society, preserving beauty while sometimes destroying the very people who create it.

-
Tremere – Secretive blood sorcerers bound by rigid hierarchy and ancient oaths, the Tremere wield powers that many Kindred distrust and few fully understand. In 1837 London, they pursue occult knowledge through hidden libraries, private societies, forbidden rituals, alchemy, archaeology, and the growing mortal fascination with spiritualism and the supernatural.

-
Ventrue – Aristocratic, disciplined, and convinced of their right to rule, the Ventrue stand comfortably among Britain's nobility, industrialists, politicians, military officers, bankers, and powerful families. As Queen Victoria begins her reign, the Ventrue see an empire on the rise—and believe Kindred society should rise with it under their guidance.

-
Ghouls – Ghouls are also available as playable characters, but each must have a direct connection to a Kindred player character. They may serve as loyal retainers, bodyguards, servants, agents, confidants, investigators, household staff, or ambitious mortals who have been granted vampire blood and a glimpse into the hidden society of the Kindred.
