Each tale below is to be examined, questioned, and perhaps—confirmed. Or denied. Speak well, Prodigals, for some stories still walk.

1. The Galway Inferno

Word is that two French vessels, alight with cursed fire, struck the Galway docks and burst into unnatural flame—green and blue like the hell of Fae dreams. A Mage of Irish blood called rain from the sky itself to drown the blaze, and that storm carried eastward across the whole of Avalon.Who Saw It:Ā Fishermen from Doolin, a Ratkin smuggler from the hold, and a Seelie piper whose flute cracked in the wind.Rumored Involvement:Ā Sabbat sabotage? Fomori trickery? Or was it the Sidhe cleansing the coast?

2. Death of the Wolf-King of France

Silver Fang Henry II, King of France, torn to shreds by a bear-shaped demon while hunting with his pack. Some say the beast was a conjured weapon sent by Catherine de’ Medici, who now rules with a forked tongue.Who Survived:Ā A cub from his pack, now howling mad in Lyon.Whispers Say:Ā Wyrmspawn, or something fouler? Or was it vengeance from the Deep Umbra?

They now walk as Kindred… not property.Seen In Manchester:Ā Stonelike beings taking wine with Toreador courtiers.Questions Raised:Ā Do they dream? Do they forgive? Do they plot?

6. Aberdeen’s Twin Fires

7. The Eger Stand

As Ottoman forces laid siege to Eger, a Russian Garou pack of Shadow Lords tore through the ranks of Kindred and summoned horrors. They say the spirits of the dead clung to them like cloaks.Aftermath:Ā A Sabbat priest’s bones still whisper to the wind there.Echoed in the Umbra:Ā The battlefield bleeds echoes even now.

8. Fall of Baie des Corbeaux Prison

Seven comets passed over Bohemia and fell into the Black Forest. One struck like a spear. Since then, the Gauntlet in the region has thinned, and time itself stutters.Aftershock Reports:Ā A mage walked backwards for four days.Order of Gabriel:Ā Already dispatched a retrieval team.
